Thank you for shopping with Sonnie's Selections & Designs, the home of practical products for everyday use. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges on items purchased. You will receive a tracking number once your items ships. Once your order ships, it is in the hands of and responsibility of the United States Postal Services.
If your package is delayed due to COVID 19 and the Unites States Postal Services short staffing issues (a current problem from state to state), we ask that you not contact the seller but rather, log into www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to receive and update on the status of your pending delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact your local post office and request to complete a claim form concerning your damaged items. It is not the responsibility of Sonnie's Creations / Sonnie's Selections & Designs to replace damaged or loss items. All items shipped directly from the boutique are in excellent condition.
